There is a selection of items for lots of different hobbies but not much depth i.e. there is a selection of basic yarn but if you want something with wool in it there isn't alot of choice. It's the same with the model plane section not many kits and never had all the paint colours. It had lots of choice for wedding crafts but nothing that said Happy Anniversary! It's great if you want a few bits of to entertain the kids otherwise visit a specialist supplier.
A wide range of useful craft materials and friendly staff who knew their stuff when asked questions. Encouraging to see the hobbies being given that kinda good attention.

They always seem to have what I need at the time. Ok prices are a little more than online but it's available for you there and then. Lots of lovely little stocking fillers for the kids they have hours of fun building crafts and colouring.
Shopping was very good but the wait to pay was very very long.2 assistants on the tills but 2 customers with lots and lots of goodies to check out. I was the only person in the queue for about 5 mins. after which it developed into at least 9 people. The lady on a till then called for more help which arrived quickly. Why wasn't help called for earlier I wonder?
