Disappointed that after giving us no indication at my dogs last visit that he was so poorly he would be dead in just 4 days, after he was cremated I got a phone call and a curt, your dogs ashes are here. Alongside this, not so much as a sympathy card. If you want empathy, I implore you to go elsewhere for your furry friends treatment!
This is a lovely veterinary practice and we are so glad we changed to them from our previous vets. Ross is a lovely and very compassionate vet. Yesterday was a terrible day for us as we had to say goodbye to our little cat, but Ross made the whole sad process very peaceful and gave us time together to grieve as she slipped away. I would like to mention that prior to this sad episode on the occasions that we have needed to use these vets all the staff have been so nice and have had all the time in the world for us. Unlike other vets we have never felt rushed or like just another client, they make you feel important. In time we will get another cat...possibly two and will register with Bell & Partners straight away.
Absolutely superb vets, required a home visit today for our poorly German Shepard and they went above and beyond to fit us in today. Very knowledgable and professional! Massive thanks to Ross and the team for the 20 years we have been using them. 10/10 !
This is a great vets. They take care of 2 of my pets. Ross was incredibly sympathetic & respectful & helped euthanize my labrador & give my dog a peaceful death. This sounds grim but being with our pets at the end comes with the responsibility of owning a pet. Ross was absolutely amazing & tried everything he could to help my dog before we made the final decision. We were so happy with his kindness that when we got a rescue pup- we also use Bell vets. David the vet treats our pup- David is lovely & friendly & I feel very comfortable that my dogs get & have received the best care. Thank you X
