Ok vets. Bit hit and miss. Some of the nurses are great. But the waiting timed annoy me. Why have an appointment system and continually make people wait long periods of time when they arrive in good time. A consistent theme with this vet. And it's not always down to emergencies.
I paid a visit on the 13/10,had appointment @ 9.40,didn't get seen until about an hour afterwardsHad another appointment on 19th,was confirmed for 1600 hours,but upon arrival was told appointment was 1630 ! And then again not seen until well after 1715I appreciate their are times when appointments can be knocked back etc,but it appeared to me (talking to other clients)that there seemed to be a priority if some sort,other than true emergency.I can understand waiting a few minutes over slotted time but need to review appointment allocation in line with current capacity
