Lovely place, friendly vet was truthful and honest, which put me at ease with my dog, also receptionist was lovely too.
Very good people, really care about the animals before the money
One vet we seen seemed very uninterested in my dog and his needs, she didnt consult his treatment records to see what he was on or really have much conversation at all, we didnt feel happy with the service that day. We also paid for flea treatment and asked her to help us apply it, she just pushed the treatment to his neck and squeezed. However Lilly and Tiago are making sure my boy gets better and he now enjoys going to the vets so that he can see them They have been extremely helpful thus far and are actually working on helping my baby, the girls at reception are always lovely.
The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable about your pets and their personalities. Highly recommended.
