Disgusted, call to book an appointment to be told by the receptionist in what only be classed as a gleeful tone that the next appointment available is next Thursday. Think they are missing the point of the facility, Health and Care. If only there was an option to rate the service as zero.

Avoid at all costs. Incompetence hospitalised my mother who's nearly 80.We"re forced fight for crucial medication.They threaten to withhold Meds if you don't comply with their rules or appointments - ie inability to attend due to illness (ironic!)
The receptionists at this practice are awful. They are consistently rude and do not care about the patients, I do not understand what they are doing in the healthcare profession. The GPs are good but I wish the practice partners could see how awful their staff were behaving.
You can usually get an appointment the same day if you call at 8:30am sharp
