Will never use this hotel again. My room was dusty, the bathroom was a state with silicone all over the floors and walls trying to do a quick fix on broken tiles. Very noisy. In the restaurant I had a simple cod and chips but what arrived was an overcooked fish finger plonked on top of a pile of undercooked chips. Very disappointed with the whole experience.
So stayed here twice this month, hotel staff are pleasant and rooms are good. My advice is stay FAR away from the restaurant. 3 times in a row of going there the waiting time was over 1.5hours, today after an hour and a half of waiting they came out with a starters of chicken wings (room temperature) that had to be sent back. Previously they brought out a chicken burger instead of a beef burger and that was inedible due to the amount of paprika used (had me coughing from the paprika dust). Waiters/waitresses are very nice but there is no communication to the kitchen and it shows. I would be embarrassed to work here from the amount of apologising that is required.Update, after 1 hour 50 mins the meals came out, 5 out of 6 were room temperature, lasagna and chicken biryani were blatantly microwaved still waiting on them to bring another burger. The korma was very nice though so im told.
Nice little hotel, reasonably priced, clean and tidy, not far from Coventry city centre.

A bit old and run down. This hotel kinda fits to the rest of Coventry being a bit old and industrial which shows. The staff was quite friendly. The hotel room was boring but serves its purpose. The breakfast was forgettable. The location is practical if you intend to drive out from the hotel. I felt the price of the hotel was a bit on the high side considering the state of the hotel. But looking at Coventry as a whole I would recommend this hotel if what you need is a bed, decent breakfast and walking distance to city centre
