Lovely staff. Room a little noisy at times due to traffic noise but ok by the time I went to sleep. A little hard to find the entrance, it's around the back
Fairly typical premier. Nice clean rooms good towels and shower. Freshly cooked breakfast option.
Room was exactly as expected. Standard premier inn facilities. Central location. My room on the 6th floor was quiet. Reception staff were all really friendly and helpful. Only negative was a 20 minute wait for someone to take our order for food and drinks in the restaurant. Food was ok though and arrived quickly once the order was taken.
The location is pretty good, right near the town. The room itself was a decent size and clean. However, wouldn't really recommend the breakfast as much. Overall good experience until breakfast.
The rooms were cosy yet a decent size- they store extra pillows and towels in the wardrobe if you need them and the food is delicious. We did have the issue with finding a bed bug. We went down and informed the front desk (this was about 2am) and they didn't hesitate to change our rooms immediately and offered us assistance with moving our bags. They also assured us that they will have the previous room treated. Overall it was a very pleasant stay; but there shouldn't have been a bedbug in the first place. All rooms should be routinely checked.
