Fantastic hotel. Friendly staff to meet you on arrival, rooms are large and fitted out with large modern TV's. Didn't use the gym but it looked decent sized with all the basics you need (free weights, treadmill, bike etc). Breakfast buffet had a large amount of options, fruit that actually tastes fresh, fresh baked muffins bagels etc and because it was a quiet day the hot items were cooked to order rather than being left under a heat lamp. Very pleasant hotel.
Amazing hotel......Super clean, friendly staff, lovely bar and restaurant, and not expensive.And as a bonus it's right next door to a casino.
Everything you would expect by Hilton including a hot cookie on arrival. The rooms are very clean with all you need for a short stay. There is a restaurant and bar serving fantastic food and drinks at a reasonable price. This hotel had the advantage of being at the Ricoh arena so perfect for watching Rugby or other event. This hotel is very long and can take some time to teach your room. Breakfast is served in Faraday's and is a butter style with plenty of choice and well presented.
As a hotel, its only okay. There are no desks in the rooms, the hotel stops serving food at 9:45 pm (actually, I called at 9:38 and they wouldt serve me.) The showers are excessively small, and there is no room in the bathrooms for anything. The housekeeping never took the old towels away, even if I left them on the floor. The only shining light at this hotel was the front desk team, who always seemed eager to help. Not enough to get it off of one star, though. There are better places in Coventry. Dont waste your time.
I love this hotel, the rooms are lovely spacious, clean and modern. Lots of tv channels, comfy beds, soft pillows, tea and coffee making facilities. The shower is powerful and complimentary toiletries smell lovely. I loved my stay here.
