Staff, continental breakfast and location all excellent. squeaky doors from the next rooms which felt like my room door and would wake me up
Quite a decent hotel, looks like it has seen its best days in the past. My room was nice and quite big. The only issue I had was that the bar was poorly stocked. More than half the drinks were off and snack too. All in all, happy with my stay.
Stayed here as part of a work Christmas party, the event was being held in the bar/restaurant area so we decided to book a room to stay. The party was fantastic, food was amazing! I'd highly recommend eating here, the quality was that good! I found the drinks to be very expensive though. The room was extremely worn, lamps didn't work, windows were dirty, walls were stained. We asked reception if they could come fix a couple of the problems and after waiting a long time for someone to come up to the room, they spent a few seconds looking and then said they couldn't fix anything. Rooms are very noisy because of where the hotel is situated, I'd say rooms have definitely seen better days. Although the bar and restaurant are pleasent and modern.
The best hotel in Coventry. The suites are really good. Stayed here for more than a month. No complaints.
Rooms good, price good. Food little but over priced. But walk over food and have a decent curry (curry, beer, starters = cheaper than hotel)
