This letting agents was great until our contract ended. we didn't give a months notice so had to pay the extra month, no problem. They then stuck on a couple of hundred pounds on top of this for costs to 'clean the flat' including a fee of 45 to clean an oven and 30 to vacuum and clean the house (I'd already done the floorboards, there was just some slight bits on the stairs). Didn't get much help towards the end of the contract. Also, the receptionist was hard work, could hardly hear her over the phone, no receptionist skills and had little knowledge over the workings of the business.
