Awful experience, mislead from the beginning.right to reply to response below NOT TRUE I have the texts and emails to prove otherwise My daughter was told she was moving into a property with five other students ; we turned down another property with your agent as she just wanted to be with students not professionals ( I have texts from landlord saying he was also told by your agent that my daughter was 1of 4/5 moving in ). Company was paramount as we pointed out my daughters medical issues. She ended up living on her own for two months and no students ever moved in : first year uni experience ruined. No one gets released from a contract early with no fees and a full deposit returned unless they have been treated unjustly : and your agent amended the contract eventually when he was faced with the facts. I took two days leave and travelled to Coventry to sort this out face to face : agent did not even turn up to meeting at property. So I visited the office the following day, he still wasn't there but emailed across change of contract. Thus, ending months of misery

Worst experience with a letting agency I have ever had in my entire life. They seem nice at the beggining but they will lie to you repeatedly until you get tired of trying to talk to them. I had to cancel my letting agreement earlier than expacted. I am definitely not recommanding their services.
