How do you give 0 stars? Their organisational skills are awful, getting our dates mixed up - we'd travelled across the country for their viewings and they didn't apologise for their mistake. Their fees are extortionate, costing over 1000 in tenancy agreement fees etc. Their staff don't even care, either which means they probably won't care if you've got a property with really really really bad living standards.
Don't lie yourself ! This letting agency is the worst that I choose. The agents were so rude, hang up the phone if you call for a second time for information about properties. Except one of the agents - Stephen, who looks like the only human beign that is trying to do his job properly. My advice, Stephen find a better agency, because they don't deserve you !
I do not recommend this agency, as for 3 weeks we had to call them all the time, because we clearly said we need to move ASAP and at the end they said we can not move , because even with a guarantor it's not possible.
