We had superb service from Elizabeth Davenports from start to finish. On the day we were supposed to have the photographs taken it was a grey, drizzly day - not ideal to show the house or garden at its best. With no hesitation George agreed a sunnier day would be better and came out on another day at our convenience. The subsequent photographs and brochure produced were fantastic. The photos triggered a lot of viewings ( we lost count as they were coming thick and fast!) and purely down to ED's marketing we even exceeded our asking price as the sale went to best and final offers. As we were the end of chain there were a few hiccups below us - but Chris kept the whole thing on track, liased with all others agents and solicitors on our behalf - and 100% looked after our interests. Cannot recommend highly enough Chris and all the team at Elizabeth Davenports.
Totally gutted when you sell you house on the basis of getting another through the same agent, to be then told its sold to a third person even though its in an email to confirm! Found a beautiful home following this experience with no help from this estate agent. Dont recommend it even though I appreciate its a family run business, you should be looking after and out for your clients.
