Excellent rental side, very helpful; but this was only because sales is so disappointing.
Angie was so helpful throughout the process of our purchase. She was always so prompt to get back to us, and when things needed chasing we could always count on her to go over and above to help. I think that without Angie the purchase would probably have been delayed, but she always ensured that both parties were completing paperwork etc on time to keep things moving. Thanks so much for all of your help! Highly recommend!
I had a viewing yesterday from 18:00 for a property from Allsopp & Allsopp and I waited at the property from 18:00-18:30, phoned their office nobody picked up, the agent did not call. I am not saying that the company itself is unprofessional, but the agent was definitely unprofessional.
Jack Bayliss and team at Allsopp & Allsopp Coventry are very friendly and extremely helpful. They went an extra mile and helped me out when it was much needed. I would highly recommend the agency and Jack in particular if you need help with property related matters.
