If we could leave 0 stars I WOULD!CRAIG LAWRENCE is is a con artist. Were currently going through the process of court as we are stuck with a bounced check of 12,000 in rent arreers. Completely behind our acknowledgement, Craig Lawrence is currently trying to sell the house which we own! As we went with this cowboy company to let our house. The company has put up a for sale sign outside our house without my knowledge! And behind our backs, put the house on the market for 290,000 when he has no legal grounds to try and sell our house! This is fraud, and highly illegal. As I said this is going through the courts for the 12,000 Craig Lawrence owes us. Stay away from this COWBOY, theiving company, as theyre compulsive liars. Id also like to point out that Craig Lawrence his company LPC is trading illegally, as he has been dismissed out of the property ombudsman, which you are legally no longer a member, and is legally bound to be a member. This has now been reported to trading standards Landlords beware.In response to your reply Mr Lawrence, thanks for the reply l would like to point out the following, you have been dismissed from property omnibuses for fraud they spoke to me and wrote to me any body can have a copy of the letter if they so wish the authorities have pointed out to me that if you paid someone elses debt you would not be re in stated for 2 years at least, the property was repossessed i told you to pay me or the solicitor you told me you would take legal advice i got my solicitor involved you never answered one of his letter, he advised me to go to the police. you told me that you received 14k you deducted 2.5 for your costs after your consideration u issued me with a cheque for 12.5k which bounced, when confronted you were very surprised the cheque bounced and said you would speak to the bank but after this I had no more replies from you. l put it to you that you are trading illegally. I have informed trading standards who control this trade I thank you for your quick response on this occasion, and I would like to point out all the times you failed to turn up for meetings and hardly any return of calls, beware trading standards are coming.
