This is my first review for an agent ! I am a student from coventry who lived in an accomodation from Nicholas Humphreys. I am very satisfied with the service they provided. We were served by Kirin and her brother. BOTH were very professional in there work. Me and my housemates were informed about everything and Issues (such as boiler problems) were solved quickly.Only issues that we had that was quite annoying was the gas and electricity. The house was marketed as all bills included ,however , I believe due to miscommunication between the landlord and the agent caused us students to go to top up the gas and electricty. Nicholas Humphreys promised to give us back the money which they certainly did ! But it was quite troublesome for us because we had to keep track of who paid what.The house was excellent for the price . I believe it was around 96 for a very large bedroom with furniture included and also a sink ! It had three bathrooms and a small kitchen. It also had decent internet. The location of the house was good (15-20mins to uni ). But according to my former housemate the house was left in a dirty state when he moved in. Additionally,students were also kept informed of house viewings. We were also given leaflets regarding about the house (such as saftey notices and all that), copy of the contract and their contact details in a folder which was helpful !Overall, I'm satisfied with what I've been given . Thanks to the siblings working there !
