Stayed for one night. Overall experience not bad at all. Room had a bit of character with lots of storage space for a good price. That however brought its own challenges like general cleanliness and not a huge attention to detail. To name a few - TV was crooked a mounted on the wall in a way that when watching it from the bed, the bed frame was partially covering it, cobweb on the wall, the menu in the room was... a big file with a few faded pages in plastic pockets.Staff were friendly and helpful, however no one asked us how the room or stay was, possibly an opinion of young mum and daughter is not of any value?The breakfast was OK too, however it would be nice to have coffee pots the tables or a machine on the buffett so chasing for it after the only waitress wouldn't be the main job of the morning. We somehow managed to get a wonky table (probably the only one in the room with our luck), the service was quick and although the quality of the food was very mediocre, we were fed and ready for a long day ahead.For the price we paid for it we would stay again, but honestly - attention to detail really doesn't need much investment.P. S. Please invest in new chair covers for the breakfast!
Comfortable, clean with very friendly staff. Food was good. Bedroom was well appointed and spacious. Nice modern bathroom with a great tiling scheme. Will definitely stay again.

About the eighth year running we have been for Christmas Dinner with friends. Never had a bad meal and this year was even better. Food is good value, portion sizes are generous and staff efficient and friendly. Would highly recommend.
Great one night stay. Good value with a fantastic breakfast included. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Will stay again. Evening meals were also fab, fish and chips + the selection of burgers. Thanks again everyone
